Please consider donating to help me maintain this site and seedboxes for my repacks.
When kids DDoS my site, visit these trackers I publish my repacks on: 1337x.to, RuTor, Tapochek.net. I’m not dependent on the site for publishing my repacks and will never be – remember that.
DO NOT ASK FOR ANY PARTICULAR REPACKS IN COMMENTS. I NEVER SERVE REQUESTS.
Special note about impostors
This site, fitgirl-repacks.site is THE ONLY official site of my repacks. Every single FG repack installer has a link inside, which leads here.
ALL other “mirrors” (fitgirlrepacks.co, fitgirl-repacks.cc, fitgirl-repack.com, etc.) are fakes, made to infect you with malware, show you tons of ads and get your money as donations. Don’t fall for them during your google sessions, just bookmark (CTRL+D) this site and come here directly.
This is just a notice for my subscribers about freshly updated The Wonderful 101: Remastered repack. Now it’s updated to v1.0.3 and includes new free Time Attack mode DLC.
I’ve spent 20 mins of my life for this, so I will link it here.
Please don’t attack the subtopic commenter, the guy really doesn’t how how this stuff work, I just felt that this time I could elaborate a process.
Some of you probably also would be surprised, why one repack of 1 GB installs in 30 seconds, and another one of the same size installs in 10 minutes. My comment on CW answers that too.
GOG is a great company, with some problems here and there, but they try to follow the DRM-free path they have chosen. But there is one little fucking problem, which makes me fucking mad.
GOG, your offline installers SUCK. And your engineer(s), who’s responsible for them should be fired, then hanged, then burnt (order can be changed).
So, why do they suck you may ask? Around 2-3 years ago GOG switched from old installers, which have been using RAR archives as containers to a new scheme. And it’s fucking abysmal. Lemme tell you how it works.
So, while preparing data for their installers, GOG do the following:
- Every game game file is splitted to a relatively small chunks of data
- Every chunk is compressed with ZLIB algo (the same which used in generic ZIP archives)
- Every chunk’s name is hashed/randomized and then put into INNO Setup container with another ZLIB compression over. This stage alone is crazy – you can’t compress compressed data, only make it larger.
- INNO container is splitted to relatively large BIN files of ~ DVD size.
So if you think it wasn’t crazy enough (compared to RAR compression), hear how their installers behave on your PC.
- Each chunk is copied to your user temp folder (usually it’s located on a system drive, which now is often and SSD with a limited lifetime and size)
- Every chunk is unpacked and then concatenated into a single original file
- AFTER that this new file is copied to the destination folder from that temporary folder
So, if your system drive is small, you won’t be able to install a GOG game. You will see “not enough free space” only because fucking idiots in GOG don’t know how to make modern installers which don’t use temp folders and can decompress data directly from source to destination. Every pirated scene setup is better than GOG. They all use FreeArc-created archives with very fast yet relatively good compression, which installs faster than you HDD can process. NOT the case of GOG installers, which can be as slow as fuck. Can you imagine, that even their old RAR installers were much faster and smaller due to usage of solid compression option and direct decompression?
If you’re a victim of their installers, there is a fucked-up “workaround” for that. But seriously, changing Windows variables or using junction points to another drive only because GOG engineers get they salary for nothing? Sheesh.
I didn’t want to believe the news I’ve received today, but multiple sources confirmed that one of the most respected repackers in the world, Xatab, has passed away. He was fighting with a very serious ill for a long time, but…
I have no words. I was in contact with Xatab almost since I began my repacking way. He was a very kind hearted old man, who was helping millions people around the world. And now he’s gone forever.
Rest in peace, dear Xatab, rest in peace.
If you feel some gratitude to the man and want to support his family in that dark moment, please do so. Here’s Xatab’s Donation Alerts page, it supports traditional donations methods like PayPal and such, so no problems with crypto.
As many of you could see, the Immortals: Fenyx Rising repack was listed in Upcoming Repacks list for almost a day already. Why is it still not up? You would never guess, EMPRESS intentionally limited the uploading speed of her seedbox to 200 KB/s and feeding the same chunks to the crowd, so no one would download the ISO before others. And my seedbox already uploaded almost 2 TBs of data on that torrent. For the same reason she didn’t share the crack-only files for those, who have the game files already, including all beta-testers, which were helping her to finalize the crack. So almost 24 hours after release, not a single person but her, has the access to the said crack.
And why did she do it, you ask? The answer is mind-blowing: she hates all repackers for “stealing the spotlight” from her work. Yes, you’ve read it right. If you’re mentally ready, you can google and search her Matrix channel to see for youself. Short story can be found in this subtopic on CrackWatch reddit.
It’s against common logic and piracy ethics.
Well, your wish will be granted, dear EMPRESS. I will never make any repacks with your cracks again. I don’t want to be related to the toxicity you’ve created with your last statements and actions. It was a hard decision for me – I’ve already repacked IFR and upcoming JC4. All future Denuvo+EMPRESS games will now be absent on my site which will be a huge miss for you, my users. But I can’t allow myself to be a puppet of a person, whose main agenda seems to be “I am the only Denuvo-cracker in the world, praise me”. Well fuck that. I’ll let other repackers with less strict principles to deal with her works.
Right now her cracks are probably safe for use, but I can’t be sure if it will stay the same and one day she would erase your HDD out of nowhere, if you decide to leave her pseudo-cult chat or think her community is bad.
Enjoy your spotlight, EMPRESS.
EMPRESS has released a crackfix for her latest Denuvo game, Anno 1800. Get it if you had black screen and CTD while running it. Problems should be gone now.
Along with Anno 1800 crack EMPRESS also has released a new Zombie.Army.4.Dead.War.Crackfix.V3-EMPRESS for Zombie Army 4. It should fix all issues previous cracks had. You can get it on repack page.
